Siding is soft washed, never pressure washed. High pressure drives water behind the cladding into the wall assembly, and on softer materials it will cut the surface outright. The cleaning is done by the solution and the dwell time, not by force.
The green and black streaking on shaded elevations is algae rather than dirt, which is why rinsing does not remove it and why it comes back on a cycle. Treating it properly kills the growth rather than washing the top layer off.
